Physical Distancing Practices are important in reducing the risk of contracting COVID-19.

Where reasonably practical, we ensure our staff and our partners always maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing while at Tasteville premises. We have staggered start times and breaks for staff members to minimise the risk of close contact. We've made available flexible working arrangements for Tasteville staff, such as working from home, early and late shifts.

We have reduced shared working equipment where possible and provided with our staff with individual tools. Additional steps have been taken to ensure our staff handle only their own tools and bags where possible. These include kitchen equipment, office equipment, and warehouse equipment, wherever possible. Where staff have to share usage of equipment, we've put together processes in place to clean with food safe disinfectant between uses.

We have reviewed our stock procurement practices, and other material deliveries, and have arranged for contactless delivery to reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19. Specific and isolated areas have been allocated as part of partner pickup and delivery management to minimise the number of vehicles and people in loading areas.
