How is Tasteville ensuring safer meal Deliveries during COVID-19?

All our meal deliveries are managed and delivered safely using our own team of Tasteville Meal Delivery Partners.
We've reviewed our delivery processes and set up staggered pickup of your meals by our Meal Delivery Partners to minimise risk of close contact.
All meal deliveries are loaded by our warehouse staff, rather than our Meal Delivery Partners, so that they do not touch surfaces at Tasteville premises while they pickup your delivery. All delivery job schedules are managed digitally as we have implemented contactless pick-up and delivery.
Tasteville Meal Delivery Partners take pride in their work, delivering healthy delicious meals to you, and therefore, understand the importance being safe while helping to deliver your meals. They are required to regularly sanitise frequently touched surfaces while being on the delivery run. They are also required to sanitise hands after receiving / handling / returning goods, especially while delivering to multiple customers of Tasteville.
Tasteville Meal Delivery Partners will leave their vehicle while on the delivery run, only for fuel or other essential goods (including food), in an emergency, at the direction of a law enforcement officer, or for a fatigue break (for meals where required). This ensures that their vehicles is not unattended to be touched unnecessarily by those other than Tasteville Meal Delivery Partners.
Your deliveries are touched only by Tasteville Meal Delivery Partners from the moment they are loaded on to vehicles to the moment they are deliveries to you.
Tasteville Meal Delivery Partners are not permitted to carry passengers, or perform jobs on other engagements between the pickup and delivery of your meals, to ensure that we reduce risk of close contact.
All Tasteville deliveries are currently via Contactless Delivery only - which means, Tasteville Meal Delivery Partners will deliver your meals at a safe location outside your premises.
You will have the option of leaving a delivery note at Checkout, if you prefer a specific spot outside your home where your delivery needs to be left.
They will ring your door bell, just in case you are at home, so that you can collect your meals at the time of delivery. If you do get to meet our Tasteville Meal Delivery Partners, we ask to engage with them while maintaining safe distance.
